My Story and Commitment
Claire B Counselling has been shaped by my personal understanding of how life experiences can affect self-worth, relationships, and emotional wellbeing. Combined with my professional training, this has led to a deep commitment to creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space for others.
I offer compassionate, integrative support for children, young people, and families. She works with warmth and empathy, recognising that every individual’s experience is unique, and tailors my approach to meet each person where they are. Alongside my private practice, I have worked within a school setting and have clinical experience supporting adults through the NHS,GP referrals, rehab and organisations including victim support and dads unlimited. These experiences have deepened my understanding of the challenges individuals and families can face, from emotional distress to complex relationship dynamics.
I offer compassionate Ongoing professional training and development are an important part of my practice, helping me to continually grow my knowledge and skills so I can offer the best possible support to my clients.
