Trauma Counselling
Trauma can leave you feeling stuck in the past, overwhelmed in the present, or unsure of how to move forward. You may notice anxiety, fear, low mood, emotional numbness, or a sense of being constantly alert or being avoidant.
At a manageable pace for you, we can start to make sense of your experiences, notice what triggers certain feelings, and find ways to help you feel more grounded, more in control, and more like yourself again.
Above all, this is a space where you can feel heard ,supported, and not alone.

Children and Young People
It can be hard watching your child struggle and not always knowing how to help. You might notice changes in their mood, behaviour or confidence, or a sense that doesn’t feel quite right.
I offer a calm, supportive space where children and young people can begin to make sense of what they’re feeling, at their own pace and in their own way.
Sometimes talking comes easily, and sometimes it doesn’t-so I work gently and flexibly, using conversations, creativity, or whatever feels most comfortable for them.
My focus is on helping them feel safe, understood, and not alone with what they’re experiencing.
Working with parents
I understand that reaching out can feel like a big step. Parents and carers are an important part of the process, and I offer an initial conversation to talk things through and see the best way forward.
Being a mother, I understand how a child’s struggles can impact the whole family, and how important it can feel to find the right support.

Addiction for Individuals and Families
When you are struggling with addiction, it can feel isolating, overwhelming and shameful.
A safe nonjudgmental space where you can begin to understand what’s happening to explore patterns and gently make sense of your relationship with substance or behaviours.
Together we can look at what sits beneath the addiction-building awareness, strengthening coping mechanisms, and finding a way forward that feels more in your control.
Support for families affected by addiction
When someone you love is struggling with addiction, it can leave you feeling helpless, exhausted, and unsure what to do for the best.
A supportive space for families to talk openly, explore difficult feelings, and begin to understand patterns of behaviour.
We can gently work towards clearer boundaries, healthier communication, and ways of supporting without losing yourself in the process.
You don’t have to carry this on your own, support is here when you feel ready.

“Our child was really struggling but couldn’t put it into words. Through the sessions, we saw a real change—more confidence, less anxiety, and a much happier child. We’re so grateful.”
